what is leadership track?

Basically, at its core, leadership track is a program that was instituted to help build leadership in YWAM through past DTS students. These first three months we are focused on learning how to be good leaders. This is important because we learn that a real leader is someone who is servant hearted. As a community we are focused on "outdoing each other in honor" Romans 12:10, and respecting each other even when we don't always agree with each other. It's an amazing chance for us to grow in community and build unity going into potentially staffing a DTS.
