the week before leadership track

As I reflect on this summer, back in Montana with my family, I am reminded of everything I've learned in the last three months.

How to sit in the stillness of the Lord, when there's nobody around to tell you to. The beauty of the nature I'm surrounded with, and a new appreciation for spending time in God's beautiful creation. I'm also reflecting on the sweet moments of spending time with my two-year-old nephew, siblings, and parents. There's something so beautiful about spending time in the place where I grew up with my family and friends.

I have so much anticipation for these coming months in Hawaii. We will be across the island, on the North side, at an amazing YWAM base that is deeply connected with the local Hawaiians. We will be serving and spending lots of time with the community there and I'm looking forward to the many things I will learn in the coming months.

God has brought all of us into this time of growth and community and I can't wait to see the changes He makes in my heart and what he is going to teach me along the way!
